Originally from Bathurst, Liam moved to Newcastle to further his career in the construction industry. Liam has a wealth of experience in Commercial and Residential construction having project managed and built hospitals, schools, jails, apartments and 5-star hotels.
His Project Management background has given Liam an appreciation for the customer experience journey and an appetite to continue to push the boundaries of building innovation and processes.
Complimenting his professionalism, is his genuine care and passion for working alongside his clients. He gets ‘emotionally invested’ knowing he’s a part of building your dream.
When he’s not on site, you can find Liam on the golf course (looking for his ball in the scrub), hurtling down a track on his mountain bike, heading back to his hometown or hanging out with his fur-kid Pablo (the Staffy). He can also share a secret with you of where to find the best Banana bread in town.
A born and bred local, Pat started out as an Electrician 20 years ago until a light bulb moment where he realised his true calling was actually in building.
Maybe it’s all the lighting, but Pat has an innate ability to clearly see the clients vision and goals early on the journey which allows him to maintain a high attention to detail and focus for a positive outcome (he thrives on achieving goals!).
Behind the rugged construction facade, Pat wears his heart on his sleeve and shows his passion for his work through his relationships with the clients – they all love him.
Off site he’s tearing around on his mountain bike, playing (sub-par) golf, hanging out with his beautiful young family or camping at Crescent (and yes, his Crescent head bakery choice is of course a pie and Vanilla slice – if you know, you know!)
