This large-scale renovation project was essentially a knockdown rebuild with the only remaining structures being the double garage, granny flat and the outdoor pool house which was turned into an internal living space flowing from the main area.
Our clients, Hassan and Ruby (an Interior Designer) had a hands-on approach and knew exactly how they wanted the build to go and items to finish. From the 4m high vaulted ceilings, internal loft and fireplace, this house turned into a relaxing haven for the family, with indoor/outdoor living flowing effortlessly.
The client brief called for luxe, high end finishes, which was achieved with ABI interiors in all wet areas through to the 600×1200 tiles throughout.
The original home was built in 1980 and over the years had a number of minor cosmetic upgrades and extensions which didn’t quite flow, making a large home feel quite pokey.

We were engaged early on to work alongside the architect through the DA stage and to offer design solutions to improve the buildability of the job.
The benefit of Ruby being an interior designer was that if we ever needed details or information she would have it to us in 1 hour max. Although it was an extremely challenging build with a number of tricky details (cue tears for the demolished oregon beams), our approach made it run seamlessly and the project was delivered well under the original schedule. Due to the ever-changing nature of the job, having this relationship made things run well.

This was such a special job to work on and all subcontractors felt this as well. We’re thankful to the Suradi family for allowing us to be a part of this.

"Liam and his team finished a knock down rebuild for my home in Eleebana. Highly recommend using them. Super easy to communicate with, adapted to our specific needs, very honest team and stuck to the tight timeframes. The quality of their work is superior and the attention to details was outstanding."
